Conference cancellations received in writing on or before September 5, 2013 will be refunded, less 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations after September 5, 2013 or registrants who do not attend, are liable for the full registration fee.
If you cannot attend the conference, you may send an alternate. There is no fee for making this change but we do ask that you do so in writing at least 48 business hours before the start of the event. This will give us ample time to prepare for the new attendee.
Requests must be received in writing by e-mail (email@example.com), fax (480-731-4822 ATTN: BOLO Team) or by U.S. mail (740 S Mill Ave, Suite 210, Tempe AZ 85281 ATTN: BOLO Team). Registrants who cancel will not receive conference materials.
